    Summit Supply is an independent multi-brand retailer. We source genuine, authentic products from a variety of suppliers and distribution channels, including parallel import channels. This means:

    • All products sold are genuine and authentic. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or imitation goods.
    • Some products may be sourced from overseas markets rather than through the original brand's official New Zealand distributor. As a result: packaging, instructions, or accessories may occasionally differ slightly from what's sold through official local retailers; manufacturer warranties may not always be honoured locally for parallel-imported goods, and terms can vary by brand and country of origin — where this applies, it will be noted on the relevant product listing, and Summit Supply's own returns/warranty policy (see Section 6) applies regardless; products may be intended for a different regional market and could differ in minor respects (e.g. plug type, voltage, manual language).
